Thanksgiving snuck up on us, but we were fortunate to have access to a house with multiple ovens and a spacious kitchen, making preparation a breeze. Additionally, Costco came to our aid by providing us with a couple of giant, perfectly seasoned turkeys. To make the occasion even more memorable, we invited our neighbor, Mr. Choe, to dine with us. Over wine and dinner, Mr. Choe shared his fascinating life story with us, and we even joined him in a Facetime call with his son and grandchildren.
