Congaree National Park

March 12, 2023

On our way to Charlotte, we made a quick stop at the only national park in South Carolina. During our short trip to Congaree National Park, the rain persisted throughout. We explored the park’s boardwalks and trails, surrounded by tall cypress trees and cypress knees piercing through the swampy waters. Despite the wet conditions, we appreciated the the unique experience the park offered and would definitely make a return visit if another opportunity presents itself.
