Ingredients
- 3-4 cups of cooked rice from the day before
- Several spring onions
- 1 cup kimchi (I do 1-2 cups or desired amount)
- 2 tbsp kimchi juice (I do several tbsp or desired amount)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Soy sauce (optional)
- Several tbsp avocado oil
- 1 egg per portion (optional)
Instructions
- Dice spring onions and cut up kimchi.
- Put a fair amount of avocado oil in wok on high heat. When oil is smoking hot, add in cooked rice.
- Break up rice and move around for a few minutes.
- Add in spring onions and mix/toss for a couple minutes. Add in kimchi and stir.
- Add in kimchi juice and stir. Sprinkle sesame oil and add a touch of soy sauce (optional).
- Stir and mix for a few minutes on high heat. Let it cook longer for crispy effect.
- Remove from wok onto a plate or in a bowl.
- Fry egg and place on top of fried rice.

- 在中火上繼續攪拌和混合幾分鐘,以達到脆口效果。
- 從鍋中移到盤子或碗中。
- 煎蛋,放在炒飯上方(可選)。
