Vegetable Medley Stir Fry (綜合蔬菜炒)

Ingredients

Vegetable mix (limit to 4 or 5)

  • Carrots
  • Asparagus
  • Celery
  • Bell peppers
  • Onions
  • Mushrooms
  • Zucchini
  • Squash
  • Cucumber
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Drizzle of sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Chop vegetables to desired length and width (I prefer long slices)
  2. Add 1-2 tbsp of oil to wok and turn on high heat. Once wok is smoking hot, add it carrots followed closely by asparagus or celery.
  3. Give it a stir or two and a wok toss and let cook for a minute. Add in peppers followed by onions/mushrooms/zucchini/squash/cucumber.
  4. Mix vegetables with a stir or two. Add oyster sauce and stir, followed immediately by the rice wine and soy sauce. Stir and toss as needed. Let the vegetables sizzle for a minute.
  5. Just prior to dishing up, drizzle a bit of sesame oil and stir.
  6. Plate and enjoy!

做法

  • 將蔬菜切成所需的長度和寬度(我喜歡長條切法)。
  • 在鍋中加入1-2湯匙油,開高火加熱。鍋煙霧繚繞時,先加入胡蘿蔔,緊接著加入蘆筍或芹菜。
  • 翻炒一兩次,用鍋鏟翻炒,煮一分鐘。加入甜椒,然後依次加入洋蔥/蘑菇/西葫蘆/南瓜/黃瓜。
  • 翻炒蔬菜一兩次。加入蠔油並翻炒,立即加入米酒和醬油。根據需要翻炒和拌勻。讓蔬菜在鍋中嘶嘶作響一分鐘。
  • 上菜前,淋上一點麻油並攪拌。
  • 裝盤,享用!
