Vegetable Medley Stir Fry (綜合蔬菜炒)

Ingredients
Vegetable mix (limit to 4 or 5)
Carrots
Asparagus
Celery
Bell peppers
Onions
Mushrooms
Zucchini
Squash
Cucumber
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Drizzle of sesame oil
Instructions
Chop vegetables to desired length and width (I prefer long slices)
Add 1-2 tbsp of oil to wok and turn on high heat. Once wok is smoking hot, add it carrots followed closely by asparagus or celery.
Give it a stir or two and a wok toss and let cook for a minute. Add in peppers followed by onions/mushrooms/zucchini/squash/cucumber.
Mix vegetables with a stir or two. Add oyster sauce and stir, followed immediately by the rice wine and soy sauce. Stir and toss as needed. Let the vegetables sizzle for a minute.
Just prior to dishing up, drizzle a bit of sesame oil and stir.
